ASL Dual Language Kindergarten Informational Sessions (2026–27)

Puyallup School District is hosting two ASL Dual Language Kindergarten Information Sessions for families interested for the 2026-27 school year. These sessions are open to elementary families districtwide, including families currently in preschool or birth-to-3 programs who are planning ahead.

No registration is required, just join us!

  • What: ASL Dual Language Kindergarten Information Session
  • Who: Families of students entering kindergarten for the 2026–27 school year
  • Where: Kessler Center - 1501 39th Ave SW, Puyallup, WA 98373
  • When:
    • Thursday, February 19, 2026 | 6 p.m. - 7 p.m.
    • Thursday March 19, 2026 | 6 p.m. - 7 p.m.

About the ASL Dual Language Program

The ASL Dual Language Program offers a bilingual learning environment where students develop communication and early literacy skills using  American Sign Language (ASL) and English.

The program serves:

  • Students with Deaf or hard-of-hearing family members
  • Deaf and hard-of-hearing students
  • Hearing students whose families are interested in bilingual learning

Instruction emphasizes language development, inclusion, and strong family-school connections.
